Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Shiffr, we act purely as an information-sharing platform connecting load owners and transporters. We do not participate in the actual freight agreements, negotiations, or freight payments between the two parties.

1. Freight Cancellation Policy

Since Shiffr does not handle the hiring or booking of trucks, any cancellation of a load or truck is strictly a matter between the Load Owner and the Transporter.

2. Contact Unlocking Fee

The fee deducted from your Shiffr Wallet (e.g., ₹10) is for unlocking and viewing the contact number. Once a contact number is unlocked, this fee is 100% non-refundable.

3. Wallet Recharge Refund Policy

Important: Technical failures during Wallet Recharges where money is deducted but not credited will be refunded within 5 to 7 working days to the original payment method.
